Update, this program is FANTASTIC!

Hi everyone. I am very busy with two full-time jobs(work and the quest for health), so I have not been online much. I also don't have internet access at home.

But I wanted to check in and let the forum, and its wonderful moderator, know how I'm doing.

After my first juice fast of 15 days was over I struggled and regressed into compulsive eating. There isn't enough time or space or need to go into the reasons of how or why this happened. For whatever reason I was not able to keep on track, and the demons took over for a while. But in my mind I had not given up and was always trying to resurface and to try to do what I know I wanted, which was doing as much of the Incurables Program as possible.

I now have 25 days of juice fasting, with no plan to end it unless advised differently. I take 4-6 tbsps. of superfood, lots of garlic, IF's 1 and 2, beginning 2nd kidney cleanse with the calcium flush added, finished a liver cleanse, do hot/cold everyday, exercise, just did first coffee enema, do some castor oil packs at night, etc. Need to add several other things but I do keep increasing the program. My first Liver Flush which I did after my first fast did not turn out so great because I ended the fast at the same time and began eating too much. This second flush did not show me stones but I felt a lightness of being the next day(after tiredness wore off)and remain with an improved frame of mind. I did use a stethescope and heard the gurgling--I do feel this helps to inspire and motivate, to hear results immediately. After my kidney cleanse I will do another liver flush.

I intend to be in Natural Healing for the LONG HAUL.

For those who want to fast but find the idea daunting, I had to do lots of preparation, with mental and emotional work. I had two false starts, once doing one day and eating the next. A few days later I tried again but ate on the third day. I was just not ready emotionally to do it. So I went back to the drawing board and decided to truly prepare for a long, serious fasting. First I drank fresh juices made at home on my omega 8003, with added superfood and garlic. I did other parts of the program and educated myself more and planned for the full fast. I was patient with myself, while not satisfied-as I knew I needed a fast and more serious form of health building. I ate vegetarian meals for lunch and dinner, some cooked food. After stabilizing with this(meaning no junk food and not overeating)I began having only raw vegan food for lunch and dinner, continuing to juice in the morning. After a week or ten days of this I was able to give up lunch and just juice all day. I then ate a raw vegan dinner. Eating the one mean allowed me to have something to look forward to, which I seemed to need at that time. But juicing, superfood, great raw, vegan meals and hot/colds and other parts of the program built me up nutritionally and inspired me to prepare for the fast. After a week or ten days of this I was able to give up the one meal a day and switch to a complete juice and cleansing fast. Today is day 25 and I feel better than I did on day 5. I rode my bike to the beach this morning and yesterday I swam in the ocean.

I work virtually seven days a week at a stressful job which is not conducive to health, but I hope that as my health improves, and my overall well-being(which is really what this forum and this program is really about!) as well, that I can find another way of earning a living.

My time here in the library is up. Thank you Uny, Rocky, Wings, and all who contribute here. I AM VERY GRATEFUL for this forum, program and to be able to participate and learn. More later.
