same thing i was thinking until i tried it. my doctor said that headaches in that area are connected to vision so i should have my eyes checked. if i sleep on my back i wake up refreshed and without headaches.
learn to relax at bed time or do some stretches and take some deep breaths, also set the tv to go off.
things keep changing so you must adapt. sometimes you might feel better with your arms proped up or try a body pillow for laying on your side. for me sleep was the most important thing and i wasn't getting it.
