prop your legs up at night time. i finally took all the cushions out of my sofa and put them on my bed. maybe try a rolled towel under you neck for a while. the first time i slept with my feet up i made it through the entire night. my whole bed is covered with cushions now and i have my bladder problems under control so i sleep all night now.
new stuff popped up all the time after removal. i feel good now after 4 years but i now have high blood pressure and Arthritis and a bladder that needs detrol la.
try laying flat on your back with your legs up. i hate sleeping on my back but it is the only way i will make it through the night. if i sleep on my belly i have a crushing headache at the back of my head.
