i don't think of this as a support forum exactly--i think Dushan is quite detached (does not seem at all self-protective)so why disable voting-- finds it useful ? to allow voting. just guessing..

but on ML forum, i haven't seen disagree ever register. maybe he set it up that way? the private forums are another species.
