Bacteria and mycoplasma, viruses and candida thrive in an alkaline gut
And up is down, white is black and east is west. Though there are bacteria, mycolplama and viruses that are alkaline tolerant, I think you have it quite backwards because most of those cannot survive in an alkaline environment. Candida appears to be adaptive and can often thrive in both alkaline and acidic environments.
