Very peculiar and questionable post. But I would imagine if someone consumed nothing but acidic foods or junk foods and lemons or oranges they would have a problem! Balance is the key.

very interesting comments since lemons or lemon juice is highly alkalizing and cancer can not exist in an alkaline body. has an scientific evidence ever been done to back your claim or is it some wild off the wall accusation because you can think of no other reason and this just happened to be what you pulled out of the air. many have no idea what causes cancer and you have lashed out at what ever you think may have caused yours. here is some tips that may save your life,try taking green foods like barley greens, cleanse the liver take lots of probiotics go on a vegetarian diet and maybe you may cure yourself. do not take chemo because it weakens the body that needs to be made stronger..cleanse the colon and hope for the best. with luck and proper diet you may survive and i wish you the best.

no joke...i go through 3lbs of lemons every 3-4 days. i juice the whole lemon...skin, seeds...everything.

i mix 3/4 cup with 1.5 liters of distilled water and thats what i drink during the day and before bed. lemon water is the first thing in my belly every morning.

i have never felt better since i started doing this. out of nowhere i dropped almost 10lbs and i have remained cold/flu free and i have honestly never felt better then i do with what i consider a very high intake of pure lemons.

i use organic. perhaps the chemicals in your produce has some effect.

i am going to make a very long story short. i sat i a hospital for 5 days with a back injury that left me immobile with possibility of paralysis. the day i left i was wheeled into my dads car and he took me straight to my homeopath who is a chiro and an MD. he had me touching my toes and walking within 10minutes. he is the one who put me on the lemon juice with distilled water and i trust him more then any person or doctor in the world.

citric acid is a glycolytic inhibitor --it actually decreases the Energy production of some/most/maybe all cancer cells --glycolysis is how cancer cells produce enough energy to be cancer cells.. This is not true. Lemons are not acid. Once the body metabolize it when you consume it, it becomes Alkaline. But Orange are not a Alkaline food. I have been consuming lemons for
Years and it has been life changing for me. And it has been very good for my stomach health. Search the benefit about the alkaline diet and foods, you will be surprised.
