Darn! I continue to betray myself with inadequate knowledge of the side effects of herbs or contraindications. There must be some reference, hopefully on-line, with this information. I'm determined to find it - without killing my retirement account in the process.

It appears, from HVs response that I need to refrain from using coleus; until I finish improving my adrenals. No wonder my sinus mucus is so disgustingly thick. I'll continue to work with the yucca, licorice root, nettle, bupleurum, ashwagandha, schisandra, boswellia for now.

One cannot miss an HV response. Not even one. ...or else.
