Eight drops of Lugol's is 50mg. I would try a gram of potassium Iodide orally split up into 2 or three doses a day. That would come out of all mucous membranes enough so it should effective, and Iodine will boost immunity and have more benefits so I believe it's best to keep taking it in some form .
Chlorine dioxide does work well for some topical uses but taking it internally or using it continuously I don't believe the wisest use Tweet
