Thanks Anne.  I didn't think I'd have so much to say after I read what Wings posted from Dr. Schulze because every single word he said is what was in my heart.  Its just been eating at me this last week and I just think its so important for all of us to get as healthy as we can as quickly as we can.  In the coming days the healthier we are the easier things will be.
