Thats good that after just 5 days you were able to stop eating meat.  For us, we don't usually buy meat, only on the rare occasion.  When we eat meat its when we go out to dinner with friends and it has to be at a restaurant that serves only grass fed beef.  So we really don't eat meat that often and most times it used to be chicken until I read the China Study.

Since I'm not used to eating meat on a regular basis this is just what I needed to cure me from ever eating meat again lol. It truly made me sick to my stomach just seeing that.  I took it out of the pan and put it back in its container, I'm taking it back to the store tomorrow.  I'm sure I'm not the only one this happened to since they grind in such large portions.  I just hope everybody else saw it before they ate it.

I hadn't heard any bad about the dental aspect of it of course I've not considered myself a vegetarian until last night lol.
