parasite dream

Hey, can anyone help me interpret or analyze this dream? I was in a wooden bathroom in an old lodge, and felt so sick to my stomach, then had awful diarrhea, and passed in it, really big intestinal parasites, worms. they were big, not all the same kind, and still alive. thrashing. one was striped. someone was knocking on the door, and i didn't know what to do, and climbed out the window.
