No expert but willing to toss out some ideas...

This dream struck me because of the contrasts.

Lodge-not so private space, lots of people, shared values(?)
members only(?)

Bathroom-very private, seldom shared space.
most are filled with chrome metal tile etc. yours
features wood, which (to me) is warm cozy inviting.

You are not feeling the warm fuzzys though.

The diarrhea is a good thing, getting out parasites is even better, as they're sapping your energy.

Still when someone knocks at the door you flee. Why?

I think you have an idea or two of what this is about,
but are reluctant to fully face it, or share it with others. I think this dream is trying to show you the
need to do so.
