Seems I'm not the only one who wants to drag someone over to show them what came out. It is exciting though isn't it. I'm still trying to get the ropes to come out, I'm just going to have to get more intense in my cleansing.

While I did my first Master-Cleanse I was so excited about the changes to my tongue, I had to show everyone. It was a blessing whenit finally was all pink and there was no more white fuzz on it. I felt like I could conquor the world. Then doing all the different cleanses, well that feel is ten fold, just need to make sure the colon is cleaned out.

In case none of you have ever been told about this, watch your eye color change while doing the cleansing. The redish-brown ring alot of people have around the pupil is your colon health. The bigger the ring the more fecal material you have. When you clean the colon the ring will start to disappear. I have blue eyes so I notice it easily, I have gone to iridologist who have commented on the ring going away, you casn pick up little charts for your purse or wallet at some health store or book stores. The chart will tell you about the different body parts your eye maps out. Remember the eyes are the windows to your soul, and your health. Tweet
