Thanks for the response. I agree with almost everything you said.
I actually have been eating fish, meat, and goat dairy for about 5 years. I highly value them, especially fish. I eat little carbs, mainly whole amaranth for the fiber.
I recently have started having a lot of raw veggies during the day, even broccoli and cauliflower (hard for some people to digest). I have built the strongest digestive fire ever by doing this. I have a little dressing I make that includes chili powder.
When I was a raw vegan I would eat fruit and nuts with the veggies (or after). That obviously doesn't work well.
And then like you do, I eat my fish in the evening, lots of it.
Works pretty well. If you ever have any more suggestions please let me know.
