Re: Soil test results, why???

Hi, dfams!

I can not afford to pay for such soil tests or for the soil testing equipment, which i found was far more expensive than a refractometer.

I just use my refractometer to test the weeds growing before I turn the soil, consider the types of weeds that have chosen to grow, what has been planted in the past, what types of green matter returned to the soil.

So far, seems satisfactory. Also, I think that this is what Moreless has recommended in several past posts regarding care-taking our soils???

But, perhaps more than one way to skin a cat?

Di
