 What happened to the vegetables?  If you are going to do a Candida Diet while in school you should take some extra supplements  with oil to get the good fats like fish oil )if you are worried about the smell) then try  Omega 3's or Olive oil or cod liver oil capsuals.  Also taking some vitamin D2 or D3  helps your immune system and it is good, and  helps your thinking and is a healing vitamin  for the body, or take a multiple vitamin with D3 in it.  The days that you are in school you should be careful and at least get some protein in you because you will need to stay focused.  Can't you eat some stir fried veggies or make yourself some vegetable soup?   If this is parasites or something else  you are  taking  the garlic for  do you want to  go full fledge while trying to focus on your lessons? Or even some V-8 would be good, You're practically starving yourself. Taking on this diet should be done slowly  or when you aren't in school, or wait until you are really able to handle it  much better.   YOU GOTTA STAY FOCUSED ON YOUR STUDIES, don't let the diet get in the way.

The days you are in school make sure you are getting your proteins from the foods that you need,  If garlic was all you ate on an empty stomach and the Humaworm then lord help you,  and the other supplement for heartburn,  this may be too hard on you. where in the food ?  I know you can use garlic for ailments but be careful doing that on a school day . How do you expect to not feel the way you do if you are not getting the proper nutrition?  At least juice some veggies and fruits together if you are going to fast, you know garlic is also an antibiotic (prebiotic) If you ate that on an empty stomach  then no wonder you are feeling a little ill, you may as well have taken some antibiotic pills. on an empty stomach, .You know you should look into making yourself some oatmeal bars or something like that online, because you can make them and leave out the sugar or use a sugar subsitute, and maybe add some  raisins. Are you able to eat plain ricecakes with a little fruit on top?    Look into some recipes while on your diet  you probably can find some good  ways to enjoy the foods you can have,  while doing the diet with the garlic, But it's possible you may have needed to take something with the garlic, it is a very powerful antifungal God bless.
