thank you for your helpful answer.

#3 (pushing the tube around the second corner)was actually not my idea. - I think I read about it in one of Unys posts. -Maybe Uny can comment on whether this is a good idea or not.

But #2 definitely makes sense to me to start with, as you suggest. So that's what I'm going to try to do. Since I don't live in the US, I cannot get the SAWilson enema bucket. But I already have a good one here. - The only thing is, I doubt the tube is long enough to get it into the transverse colon. - It would be really helpful, if you or anybody else could let me know how long the tube should be. - If you don't know, maybe you can just measure your SaWilson-enema-tube?

The inversions sound interesting. I'm sure I will try them. - What a challenge!
