ML's pinch of ES does flush the very same stuff as the liver/gallbladder cleanses.

As I switched over to the gentler method, I occasionally felt a few twinges in the relevant ducts, and later saw gallstones mixed in the "number two" or occasionally free floating in the porcelain bowl.

Main reason, as far as I can tell, for he more extreme method is to flush one's system so that they can actually see the stones and chaff without anything else obstructing the view. This serves the interests of those trying to prove these stones exist, but NOT that of the person doing the cleanses.

The daily ES is gentler, easier, and should be tried for a while before resorting to more drastic means. I have occasionally had a twinge or two in the last 2 1/2 years, had to adjust my daily ES, but NO MORE CLEANSES.

Sure has saved me a lot of time!!!!
