So, I bought Argital Green Clay . (from Italy)
Is this staff work fine?? Here is some copy/paste of the basic information about product.
I also get flax seed oil and flax seeds.
What else should I try to get before start good bowel cleanse?
I couldn't find anywhere in my country 'CLARKIA' product - no one have ever heard of it...
What else should I buy and get in order to propreity clean my intestines?
THANK YOU very much for your replyes, this forum is really great with lots of information wich is completely new for me!

p.s. I haven't a credit card so it is impossible for me to order Bentonite and Clarkia products over the net!

ARGITAL Green Clay

The Argital clay pit is in Sicily, in a clean ventilated area, and sunny for the greater part of the year. It is particularly rare because it takes its origins from the sea. It is rich in marine elements, and brings with it the rhythm of solar and lunar waves. The two cosmic forces of Sun and Moon included in ARGITAL clay make it particularly precious.
