Brix and degree of fuzziness in the refractometer reading

of the foods and of dissolved stevia you were using would direct you to the source of the problem.

Stevia is a plant derived product, and has the SAME quality problems that other fresh whole foods do with poor quality and NPN.

I have only found one good brand. Your expert has no doubt only encountered bad ones. He is WRONG!!!! Prob does not know the basic info folks at this forum do. A good stevia tastes good, not bitter, and does NOT cause the problems U mention. I have used it for many years.

Consider returning the one U have if it is def the problem, asking for you money back. Chance to educate the one who sold it to you.
