Re: --answer--It must be Sad to be all alone--Solution for you
I appreciate your offer but when the engine is running why raise the hood?
My problem has been resolved in the way that's very similar to MLs but remaining solidly behind my belief that food is both the healer or the demise of one, to which choice is very crucial to ones survival.
For most of us are at the mercy of the grocery store which gives us 'choice', and I repeat what we choose is very crucial to ones survival.
You ask me to share what I know about good health, and as you are aware food is only part of the equation.
One must in the first instance find out what ails oneself and at times that could be a very complex exercise.
After which we then enter the myriad of "solutions" to ones problem where one must again decide what might cure them personally.
Unfortunately in most cases there are no quick fixes, no protocols that are so absolute to adhere to, so one has to reassess quite often, it's a process of elimination for oneself.
For it's oneself that one is trying to find answers and when found that does not qualify answering anothers problem for we differ, each and everyone of us.
Under those circumstances if I shared my answer to you then it can only used a guide. The same would apply to you or anyone else for that matter, for it would have to meet up with the criteria that others seek.
So going back to knowing precisely what ones problem is calls for a journey one must take themself and hopefully come to a conclusion that heals oneself.
On top of that there are still many facets of life that we need to maintain to remain healthy, so to answer your question is nigh impossible for we all are complex human beings and there is no set-out answer to an healthy life for all.
