1. Does your house have alot of carpeting. Do you have wall to wall carpeting or wood floors. IF you have carpeting is it thick or thin pile
Around when I got EC, old house had wall to wall thick carpeting, but have been moving around quite a bit since.
2. Is your house dusty? In other words if you look at your furniture do you see a lot of dust?
Old house very dusty, current not so much.
3. Do you have a yard with grass? Alot of grass or just a little grass. Do you know what type of grass is in your yard?
Old house no grass, currently yes, not sure what kind.
4. Are there alot of trees in your area.
If so do you know what types of trees ... oak trees?
Old house not many trees, currently yes,
5. Do you eat limited fats or alot of fats in your diet?
A lot of fats three years ago including trans- and saturated--dairy, monounsaturated--olive oil, currently many good monounsaturated-- almond, olive, avocado, polyunsaturated-- flax, fish, and saturated-- buffalo, eggs.
6. Do you or relatives have history of diabetes?
In others words do you know anyone related that might have diabetes?
My father has recently discovered he has type 2 diabetes. (By the way, 1/3 of Americans born after 2000 are projected to get diabetes).
7. IS the climate you live in dry or moist?
Do you have cold winters?
Old climate moist, but had very cold winter (San Francisco). Lips very chapped before any licking, biting, or peeling started. Now in a warm, moist climate (Houston).
8. Do you or relatives have eczema?
No, but father has psoriasis.
9. Do you or relatives have allergies?
Father has a dairy allergy. No one is allergic to grass, pollen, etc.
