1. Does your house have alot of carpeting. Do you have wall to wall carpeting or wood floors. IF you have carpeting is it thick or thin pile
Answer: Nope. No carpeting what so ever, except for some small rugs.
2. Is your house dusty? In other words if you look at your furniture do you see a lot of dust?
Answer: No, I clean every 1-2 weeks.
3. Do you have a yard with grass? Alot of grass or just a little grass. Do you know what type of grass is in your yard?
Answer: No, not really. Very little grass, but quite a few bushes.
4. Are there alot of trees in your area.
If so do you know what types of trees ... oak trees?
Answer: Pretty many, "Norway Spruce", Scots Pine, a little bit of everything. Not so many oak trees though.
5. Do you eat limited fats or alot of fats in your diet?
Answer: I eat quite a lot of "healthy" fats: avocados, olives, olive oil, omega 3 oil, flaxseed oil, rapeseed oil.
6. Do you or relatives have history of diabetes? In others words do you know anyone related that might have diabetes?
Answer: No.
7. IS the climate you live in dry or moist?
Do you have cold winters?
Answer: Somewhere in between dry and moist in the summer. It's about -10-20
Celsius in the winter where I live, pretty dry air then.
8. Do you or relatives have eczema?
Answer: I don't have it, but my father is sometimes prone to get allergic reactions from deodorants that looks a little bit like eczema, but only sometimes.
9. Do you or relatives have allergies?
Answer: I was very allergic to grass and fur when I was I child, but it went away when I was maybe 8-9 years old. About 4-5 years ago I did some new allergy test including cosmetics, dental filling material, grass, food, silver etc, which basically did not show any kind of allergic reaction. No one in my family have any allergies.
