In Italy you will find better these products in ERBORISTERIA, but you can also look for a NEGOZIO BIOLOGICO (healthware shop), though the latter is less common.
bentonite = ARGILLA VERDE (that is, green clay). I don't think we have the liquid form, anyway you can ask for ARGILLA VERDE LIQUIDA DA BERE (drinkeable liquid green clay)
psyllium = PSILLIO or SEMI DI PSILLIO (psyllium seeds). The plant latin name is Plantago Ovata.
maple syrup = SCIROPPO D'ACERO (we normally don't produce it and we import it from Austria or Germany, which are considered qualitative safe)
In France, it is the contrary: you will find many MAGASINS DE DIETETIQUE and less HERBORISTERIES. Also look for PARAPHARMACIE or simply PHARMACIE, because French consider alternative healing much more seriously than Italians.
bentonite = ARGILE VERTE ; ARGILE VERTE LIQUIDE A BOIRE (don't forget the expression A BOIRE because liquid forms in France and Italy are normally cosmetics, not safe to drink!)
psyllium = ISPAGHUL
maple syrup = SIROP D'ERABLE
