It is mind-boggling when you start putting together how many other things are involved. That's not even including the heavy metals and toxins that go with all of this stuff too.

One thing I've learned, is that if you are open to learning, you will be guided to answers- and puzzle pieces will start fitting together. What you've heard at one point, may not sink in then, but later on it can be a piece of the puzzle that has been over-looked.

Trust your instinct, inner doctor, gut, whatever you want to call it.
