Re: Increased Iodine, Castor Oil Packs and Flu-Like Symptoms?
Really... ugh. Interesting because the past month or so I've had a lower grade version of it, which I was chalking up to the iron deficiency after talking to Brownstein, but I think it's just been since I finally went to 50mg that I felt like I got hit by a truck.
Tomorrow upping to 100mg and hope for the best. I did read several people here went through a hard detox for several weeks at that dose but came out the other side better off for it. I am sure there are an equal number of people who did poorly on that regime, but hard to say whether they bailed too soon.
Largely because I'm a zombie with a pile of work yet to complete here... what is the best way to help mobilize the fluoride and move it out? I'm doing the salt and companion nutrients. My husband made an indian stir fried kale dish for lunch with our garden kale, ghee and coconut oil....I know that's got calcium. Not sure anymore that dairy is really a good source.
What's your favorite grain-free, bean-free, dairy free source of calcium? LOL. I may just up my dose of the food based cal/mag with boron supps that helped my foot cramps.
