one thing to try may be turmeric, and some zinc. i had a lot of dandruff. I started taking about 1/2 to 1 tsp of turmeric in milk two times a day. over the course of several months, the dandruff almost disappeared. i just take maintenace turmeric once in a whilte now. zinc is also very important for the skin. you can try taking about 30 - 60mg of zinc supplementation a day.
