Re: What is a good diet????

Hi, 27214!!!

Most of us think we are eating a good diet when we come to this forum, but found that WE WERE VERY VERY WRONG!!! Just check the many past threads that discuss this over and over, from the beginning of the Ask Moreless forum until today!

Moreless' question begs the answer: GARBAGE IN, GARBAGE OUT!!! If you feel bad, your food is bad!!!

The good news that follows logically is this: YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!

DO YOU KNOW:

Organic food is often NOT good quality?

Most fresh fruits and vegetables are actually not much better for us than junk food???

What NPN aka funny protein aka non-nitrogen protein is, why it is overabundant in our food supply, why it makes us ill, how to avoid it???

What inexpensive, easy tools can be used to help us when our food is not up to par???

What inexpensive tool can be used to test many foods for quality?

What other indicators of quality to use for foods that can not be tested with the tool mentioned above??

Read the BSA, RN, RRR, RR, R posts for this forum, THOSE ON THE RIGHT at the top of the forum page, NOT those on the left.

The search feature can be used to isolate posts on specific topics, also.

And feel free to ask in a new thread if questions still remain.

May your search for health be greatly blessed!

Di
