--answer--Brix vs Energy--oxides?

Hi Paraboy,

Your question:
Now, I see why BSM is always the best choice to start out with because it is cooked.

However, it is my understanding that when cooking foods too high, such as a microwave, the minerals are changed to oxides.

Is this true for the organic minerals or is this only for inorganic minerals?

Thanks,

Paraboy

Answer: Cooking with too much Heat may Cause the Carbons to be Burned off?

Then one may just be left with an Ash, which may be either an Oxide or Hydroxide?

Organic Minerals contain Live Carbons!

Inorganic Minerals do not contain live Carbons!

Yet, Inorganic Minerals may contain carbons, like Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate etc, these are Limestone products!

Cause and Effect!

Smile Tis your choice.
