suggestions and confusion

I am confused about bowl cleanses, intestinal cleanses.
I am not constapated in the least. I am on parasite cleanses, have done a lot of colon cleansing, but was wondering if I should try a bowl cleanse or intestinal clease like Schult's. Is there really a difference? Does an bowl cleanse get more junk off the colon walls than a colon cleanse??
