A study was done by a Dr. practicing chinese medicine. I am not sure of the percentages but it went something like this. When
eating foods raw, your body is only able to process 30% of the nutrients and 70% gets wasted. When eating your food cooked
your body digests 70% of the nutrients and 30% gets destroyed in the cooking. The smell from cooking makes you feel hungry; whereas,
raw food has no smell. This smell causes your stomach to release the proper enzymes causing a more complete digestion. A person
should eat both cooked and non-cooked though. Just a little something I though might interest you.
