Also, I forgot to thank all of you on the forum that supplied me with the necessary info to determine what to use for the protocol.

At first, I wanted to use the Laminaria Digitata because the sodium was lower and she used to get too hot in the summer and the extra iodine would help her lack of iodine, since she never eats iodine foods.

However, I had decided to use the Ascorphyllum because of the higher sodium content, even though sodium raises bp, because she gets cold really easy like me when the temp is below 75° F.
