I am doing a water only fast right now. From my original post: "Are herbal teas alright to drink when water fasting? I think I will cut them completely out also because I'm afraid they will become the bottle too. Cold and hot water starting tomorrow."
My post included background story of how I came to doing just a water fast. Isn't it much more useful, and perhaps more interesting, than solely making a statement that I'm doing water fasting. Maybe other people struggle with the psychologically pressure of eating also and may benefit seeing that someone else is also struggling combined with how they are trying to change that. Is self-growth part of healing? If so, then can't the psychologically "healing" combine with the physical healing?
