I surely would not be where I am today without lots of support. And now that I am pretty darn clean, water goes down very well. I am on day 7 water, two of lemonade, and feel good. A bit weak, wobbly at times, but good. I feel like it is doing good work, which is why I do what I do. They say each day of water is like 3 of juice for depth of cleansing. True? I don't have enough experience to form an opinion, but it looks as though I may be headed that direction.

I have done only two swfs this cleanse, with plain water enemas between. Daily is a bit harsh for me. I definitely unloaded some trash.

I plan to break with a few days of fruit, then on to veggies... then... who knows!

Meanwhile, congratulations on your good work! Keep on chugging... whatever it is you chug!
