-Welllll, don't know about that? If you're referring to particulate and if my lab results are any good, and I guess I've no reason to doubt them, I get considerably higher than 30% with my old 'backyard built' units, depending on which way the wind is blowing on the day I produce it, if you get my drift (grin).

Not saying it's any better or worse than any other product or unit of course, but just thought I'd mention it. I should add that those results in all probability will not be reproducable 100% with every batch I produce in my kitchen, but nevertheless two of my several samples were considerably better than that 30%.

Taking nothing away from 'shop bought' products or units either but I suspect a lot of backyard built units produce better than is anticipated or expected. I know I was surprised!

However, I intend to get another lot of samples done one day, if and when the opportunity arises....just to be sure, to be sure, before I stick my neck out too far (g).
