I am finding interesting stuff on minerals... for example, one mineral, like sulfur can increase tolerance to another like selenium... Same with magnesium and calcium... and so forth, and so on...
So what are optimal levels? What are harmonious amounts?

Food was/is, and always will be the best source... just make it the best you can get your hands on.
I suspect that the angle of bond, and bond strength, as in water makes a significant difference too.
