2nd coffe flush was a complete success..I am now Mr. Coffee

I did my 2nd Liver Flush last night and followed it up with my 2nd coffee flush tonight......the coffee flush was a complete success.....(my last one was a complete disaster and a huge mess)...

BTW....when I follow up with the coffee flush the night after the liver flush...I seem to eliminate all that gas and such that builds up from the liver flush.....feels great.

This time I made 8 cups of Maxwell House in the drip maker and poured only four cups into the bag.....after a while it was easy to dispose of the first 4 cups and follow with the 2nd four cups....I think previously (being the amateur and man that I am)...I had tried to take like all 8 cups at once....(Ho, Ho, Ho)...well I learned that doesn't work...."Man's gotta know his limitations".
