I did my 2nd Liver Flush last night and followed it up with my 2nd coffee flush tonight......the coffee flush was a complete success.....(my last one was a complete disaster and a huge mess)...
BTW....when I follow up with the coffee flush the night after the liver flush...I seem to eliminate all that gas and such that builds up from the liver flush.....feels great.
This time I made 8 cups of Maxwell House in the drip maker and poured only four cups into the bag.....after a while it was easy to dispose of the first 4 cups and follow with the 2nd four cups....I think previously (being the amateur and man that I am)...I had tried to take like all 8 cups at once....(Ho, Ho, Ho)...well I learned that doesn't work...."Man's gotta know his limitations".

I attempted to do a coffee enema the other day after my flush. Threw the coffee grounds into the boiling water which promptly bubbled up and ran all over the stove before I could pull it off or get the burner turned down. Grounds everywhere.. Had to take the whole darn stove apart to clean it up. Since I was on a very tight schedule that day...I decided that meant I wasn't supposed to do one then.
Never thought about putting it through a coffee maker...for some reason I thought it had to boil 5 min. hmmmmm

i found that taking in half the dose, clamping the tube, and then rubbing your belly and then talking the next half really helps me retain it all.

This is a reply to # 148,225Another hint. Personally I found it much easier to retain if it's a bit warmer than body temp. Say around 102˚F. That's Farenhiet NOT Celcius! And I agree that 4 cups is about the limit for us mere mortals.
