Re: Isn't Olive Oil A Fat?

I too am no pro but here's what I get from this gallbladder flushing and you all correct me if I'm wrong. If we eat fats, this causes the gallbladder to contract to add bile for easy elimination. So in a flush, we don't eat fats for several hours or as in some flushes days before we take the olive oil mixture. This causes the gallbladder to get big. When we finally drink the olive oil, the gallbladder contracts with good pressure and shoots out the stones. How long it contracts depends on how much oil is introduced? or until it returns to its regular size? I don't know the answer to these questions as I can't see it. In between flushes more stones move into place(come down) and we can flush again. If only we had transparent skin, we would be a lot smarter and healthier! Ha! Oh yeah and someone once told me I may have Gallstones because of the pregnancies and the gallbladder doesn't contract as well. Maybe, but then again I'm #8 kid and my mom has never had an attack. Whatever!

Good Luck
