Re: IF1 and 2 testimony

I'd say its right at the top in order of importance.  I'm guilty of not chewing as much as I should, especially when I'm in a hurry.  My mother taught me to chew at least 50 times but my God that really takes some time but the thing is when I do that I feel so much better.  We digest the food much easier when we chew it to almost liquid.

Last week someone brought me some ears of corn.  I usually don't eat corn because it's so starchy but it looked so good and they were so sweet to bring it to me so I boiled a couple of ears and had it for lunch.  I thought I had chewed it enough but a couple of hours later when I went to the bathroom there those pieces of corn were, and they were whole!  If I would have chewed them enough I shouldn't have been able to see them in my movement.  So the next day for lunch I boiled the other two ears, I made sure I chewed each bite 50 times because I counted each chew LOL. Well, when I went to the bathroom guess what?  No visible corn in the mess YAY!!

It truly is of utmost importance.
