What should the PH level of the ML drink be?

Hulda Clark Parasites Cleansing Tincture, 2 oz, 4 oz, 8 oz, and 16 oz

I tested the ph of my grandma's moreless drink. It is around 5.0.

I have been having a hard time determining if the drink is too sour or chalky.

Is this correct?
