Re: Oxygen...hmmm, pretty important "nutrient", eh?

Hi Uny and Everyone,

I may not know much about Natural Healing but I have learned a lot on this forum in the last 2 months.

This subject of oxygen seems very simple or am I just naive? I did some research after reading Uny's post. It seems the more you cook food the more the oxygen present in them disappears. Eating raw fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, etc. is the key. Especially eating dark green leafy vegetables full of chloroyphll seems very beneficial. juicing seems to take the oygen straight to the blood stream. This doctor that Uny refers to seems to be doing it right. We need to stay away from all processed foods. At least that is what I am trying to do. Basically, if the food is dead, it has does not contain oxygen.

Also, our posture is involved. Stooping over is not conducive to getting proper oxygen levels. Making sure we take deep cleansing breaths can help get oxygen to many parts of the body. And at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise a day is also beneficial.

Here is one link I liked: http://breathing.com/articles/oxygen-increase.htm

This is the first time that I have posted anything with information for others. Hope it helps. Too simplistic?
