The last year for me has held worse family tragedies than anything I could have imagined. My health has deteriorated significantly as a result, but like you, I feel blessed to have been led here. I know I have made some positive changes based on what I have learned from the people on this site and will continue to do so.

I am so glad you have been able to improve your health despite all the stress you have been under. I hope that my family and I can find the strength to move forward as you have done.
