I have done 2 *mini* kidney flushes about 2-3 weeks long
using his recipe for stone dissolve tea doses.
and intend to do a third one now for a winter time prep/

*HINT* do NOT oversteep the herbs when boiling the next day !!
15 minutes tops and get it strained immediately
or it gets bitter tasting.
transfer to a jar or leave in glass pot for taking your doses

I keep a separate glass pot set aside for only tea making..
be sure to keep a lid on pot so no bugs get in it ! *smile*
and also drink a good amt of water to help flush the toxins as well.
