Best Kidney cleanse to follow?

I need to do a good kidney cleanse as when i use a liver tonic like Livatone plus i seem to get lower back pain after about a week of its use. I feel that i need to strengthen and cleanse my kidneys first before i cleanse my liver. I see that there are numerous kidney cleanse techniques out there. I have read Andreas Mortizs book The Amazing Liver Cleanse and he has a kidney cleanse in that book that involves drinking a tea. Hulda Clark has a similiar type of one with a few extra supplements involved and i also noticed that Julia Chang has another type of kidney cleanse as well. I would like an opinion on which cleanse is the best or what results people got from the cleanses when tried. Thanks for any help.
