Re: Back pain 3 days after cleanse, suggestions?

I am no pro....but I am 210 lbs so I continue to guzzle about 100 ozs of water per day...I did the flush on Sunday....and my back was killing me yesterday..I think it was my kidneys...I used some Watermelon Seed Tea and drank a ton of water and the pain in my kidneys has subsided....again...I'm no pro...but the water and tea seems to have helped me.
