Back pain 3 days after cleanse, suggestions?

I'm 35 (fyi) and I did my first cleanse on Saturday (lemon mixture and olive oil - had too much and threw up in the evening...). I passed appr. 60 (pea-sized, green) Gallstones on Sunday morning (to my delight and my boyfriends disgust). 3 days later, I haven't had a bowel movement yet... and now have upper back pain which is not usual for me, plus some pains in my left arm (I do have an old left shoulder injury...)!

I've been eating a lot less (little carbs, lots of tea, taking milk thistle capsules, usual supplements (hemp and primrose oil, spirulina and a multi), drinking water with lemon juice in it. Last night I had a herbal laxative tea, and NOTHING!

Do you think I have more stones that want to come out now? suggestions from the Pros? Tweet
