I have never used Epsom Salt in my Liver Flushes (two so far)and I got pretty good results without that. I did salt water flush instead each morning after the Liver Flush (preferably on the next two mornings- because sometimes unexpected stuff comes out even on the second day). I do hope unrefined & uniodized Sea Salt is available out there.
