...Can't find epsom salts in Shanghai!! So...

Hi folks, my pleasure to find curezone and this board. Anyone ever do a Liver Flush without Epsom Salts as is a couple of the recipes? I'm familiar for many years with fasting, juicing, cleansing. I manage my colon troubles...colitis, IBS, whatever it may actually be. Meanwhile, I'm planning my first liver cleanse, after having read lots of messages and all the recipes. My problem, living here in Shanghai, is that I can't find magnesium sulfate or citrate of magnesium anywhere. I notice a couple of cleanses don't include the Epsom Salts , but I dont want to waste the procedure if the Epsom Salts are really a must. Certainly, I understand their importance in the cleanse. However, the best I can do is do warm water enemas before and in the morning. Anyone ever do a flush with epsom salts? Thanks, M Tweet
