I was wondering, are your parents helping you find the appropriate doctor's etc.? 40 degress is not a mild scoliosis at all. It does need treatment, it just depends on different factors. But, the part I really don't get is a syringioma the entire length of your spine? That can be serious, unless there is something about it they see that makes the neurologist feel it is stable. Whether the other problems are related, nobody probably can say for sure. The jaw popping can be related to your spine for sure. It means something is not aligned in your temperomandibular joints. That can often be fixed and could have a very good effect on your spine.
It just seems like you are slipping through the cracks. I would look up some of these things yourself, print them out and show them to your parents. You should be under their insurance and an aleve deficiency isn't your problem.
I sure hope someone will step up and do some more research for and with you.
